1. Acceptance

By accessing dyspatchai.com or joining our expansion notification list, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms are between you and DyspatchAI, operated by Riyad Islam.

2. What DyspatchAI Is

DyspatchAI is a job board marketplace for black car drivers and dispatchers. The platform enables operators to post overflow trips and for drivers to find jobs near their location. DyspatchAI is a technology platform — we do not employ drivers, dispatch vehicles, or manage transportation operations directly.

3. Early Access & Pricing

The platform is currently in early access and free for all operators — no credit card required. When paid plans are introduced, pricing will start at $19.99/month. Plan details and pricing will be communicated before any charges begin. Joining the expansion notification list does not create a binding contract or guarantee access in any specific city or timeframe.

4. User Responsibilities

When the platform launches, users agree to:

• Provide accurate information in their profile and job postings
• Hold all required licenses and permits to operate a vehicle for hire in their jurisdiction
• Honor commitments made through the platform (job acceptances, driver selections)
• Treat other users with professionalism
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose

5. No Employment Relationship

DyspatchAI does not create an employment, contractor, agency, or partnership relationship between DyspatchAI and any user. All agreements for transportation services are between the dispatcher and driver directly. DyspatchAI is not a party to those agreements and accepts no liability for their performance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the DyspatchAI brand, design, copy, and software — is owned by DyspatchAI. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of it without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any information on it is complete or accurate. Use of the site is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DyspatchAI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the platform, including lost profits or revenue.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes to the platform's terms will be communicated via email before they take effect.
